Modal hides form input buttons/tables?

    Hello, I am using WP 4.0 with Vantage theme. I am using Easy Modal with the Google Forms plugin for a form I made. The form works just fine on a page, but I would like to use it in a modal. The problem is the form content shows up, but the form buttons are not displayed in the modal, so the user cannot start or fill out the form properly. The form input button is inside of a table.

    So the modal is hiding either the table or the input button. How do I change this?

    Do you have a link i can check out, you may find using the browser developer tools or firebug usefull in seeing what the cause is visually.
