I have no js errors but I’ve noticed that the modal content only shows after 10-15 secs on backend, but not on frontend. Maybe a server issue?
I have heard of people with similar issues and it is related to the server setting. The file usually in question is admin-ajax.php. Take a look at a browser inspector and see what file is causing the delay.

I’m not a developer so I cannot really decrypt the browsers/console messages. However, could you please suggest what I should look for in admin-ajax.php? Thank you
I can only guess…. is your site public if so I can take a look.

you can view a test file on this page.
I’ve looked at this site before, and the conclusion is still the same your site is extremely slow loading pages. When I click a link it takes almost 15 seconds to load the page this will directly effect the loading of the modals as well.
I would start by contacting your server administrator and ask why you site load times are slow long.

yep, you already helped me in other occasions…
I just thought that new Memphis updates would fix it, but I guess Memphis is fine and my site is not. Thank you for looking into it anyway.
Sorry I could be more helpful, but the load times is causing the issues. Have you looked into why your page loads slow before?

You see, the site was slow once because the database was big, but right now it isn’t so I have no idea why it has slowed down. I even tried putting it on a CDN but the problem remains. I just contacted my server administrators and let’s hope they can come up with an answer….
good luck, I hope you figure it out.
