Are you saying Akismet is doing its job without any issue when this plugin is not active? You can try other moderation plugins if any of those work.
No, I’m not using any moderation plugin at the moment. I just wondered if there was some way of setting this plugin to follow the general rules I set in the WordPress settings to hold comments in a queue for me to check before posting them.
I just confirmed, default comments posted via the comment form of this plugin would be in moderation if you have set it so in the “Settings > Discussion” section in admin area.
Thanks for checking this. With my setup this doesn’t work – any ideas why that would be?
If you drop email at support[at]heateor[dot]com, would be able to have a look.
Thanks for your help, I will send an email shortly.

Hello, is it possible to moderate comments? Or integrate with a comment moderation plugin (the one that springs to mind is Akismet)?
I have this setting selected in WordPress for native comments without the use of this plugin but presumably the plugin overrides this.
