Apparently, the message that used to display on a webpage when a comment was going to moderation (letting the user know that’s where their comment went) no longer displays. Instead, the page now just reloads, so the user doesn’t know it’s gone to moderation and just thinks it’s been lost.
WP 4.0.1 DID make the moderated comments appear as they’re supposed to. So, maybe something changed in 4.1 that is affecting this.
