Moderators?

Hi, I run a blog, and I really need some moderators. I mean, a user that can read and moderate comments, thats all the capabilities he must have. I created the role using the plugin capabilities manager, but they still can’t moderate comments. When they open the edit-comments.php page, it says that they can’t access that page.

What can I do?
