    I want to delete the category above the event name because it’s useless, but I don’t know how or in which file to make this change. I couldn’t find anything in the settings.

    That looks like your theme is stripping HTML out of the title, so what you’re left with is the title of the SVG icon for the category. What you’ll need to do is turn off category icons: My Calendar > Categories, scroll to the bottom for category settings.
