    The Wordfence scan detected a change on Wordfence itself, and I am just double checking that this is legit.

    This file belongs to plugin “Wordfence Security” version “6.1.6” and has been modified from the file that is distributed by ww.wp.xz.cn for this version.

    Change on line 3932 $adminURL = esc_url($adminURL);

    This is v. 6.1.7

    Hi Jasper,
    Actually this might happen in very rare situations, like if the plugin auto-update started while the scan is running, however, I talked with one of the developers team about this issue, and this behavior should be enhanced in next updates.

    Meanwhile, please make sure you are running the latest version 6.1.7 of Wordfence plugin.

    Thanks – it hasn’t happened again. I have the latest Wordfence.
