Modify admin order page.

I realise this is a free plugin, and I’m appreciative of it – thanks.So what’s below is perhaps best-considered as wishlist features.

Is there a way to modify the admin order pages?

There’s various options I don’t need:
IP address.
Shipping.
Address.
Phone.
Coupon code.

I prefer a single ‘name’ field (suitable for a business name) rather than individual first/last name fields.

And an additional ‘notes’ field (for admin, not client, use) would be highly useful.
