you can modify your comments.php file. That depends on your theme and how the comment layout is created.

I use untitled theme. There is th comments.php fle on template. But i can’t understand how to change or remove fields… Are there some hooks for functions.php?
I’d like to avoi to cheange the comments.php file but change the look only with external files because i haven’t a child theme in this case.

no matter how you modify, you should use a child theme.
but, you can hide the comments fields you don’t want to show with css in the appearance > editor… if you have a link to the site, I can maybe help you with that?
