Modify GD details tabs (display linked CPT)

I’m testing locally, so I not going to provide a link, but hope I can explain the thing.

Using Geodirectory, I’ve changed a Place to ‘Restaurant’ and (also with GD), created a new custom content type ‘Dish’. Also, I linked the Dish CPT to the Restaurant.

So. I can see all the linked Dishes on the Restaurant page – which is perfect because I wanted to create a ‘Menu’. But now I’m stuck and kindly ask for an advise, because I can not figure out how to:

1. Show all the linked (CPT) posts by category (like a hierarchy, not a plane list)
2. Add the (CPT) post rating next to the name
