Modify Links: a title

Hi,

i want to modify the anker text (a title) of related pages – where can i do that?

Actually <a title=""> is automatically generated out of the page title and i want to add my own text in front of it. Eg: <a title="My Text {page title}">

I’m usin the normal list-version without thumbs.
