Modify listing page

    Hi Love your plugin

    My client is a property manager who has various commercial buildings with each about ten retail spaces. She would like me to include the retail spaces on each corresponding property page for the commercial buildings. However, I do not seem to have access to the individual property pages, that is, the page that presents after “more details” is clicked. Please advise.

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    If you don’t have access to the Details page, then you should check the permissions related to your user. To do this, go to WPL Backend, then go to User Manager, and after that, find your user and click on Edit button.

    Here you will see the permissions available for your user. Make sure the “Propertyshow” permission is enabled, and then hit Save and retry visiting the property.

    If this didn’t help, then please open a support ticket at “http://support.realtyna.com” and provide your website’s credentials so we can check it for you.

    No, I’m sorry – I meant the backend, to be able to add information to the page from the dashboard. I have access to the page when visiting the site, I would like to add the property retailers below the WPL info.

    Also, sorry this is a different topic. How do I remove “COUNTRY” from the address.

    Hi,

    Your user should be admin if you need full control over the WPL listings. Also your user should be added to WPL otherwise you couldn’t see listing manager and Add/Edit listing menus.
