I noticed that I am no longer able to change categories for any of the users. The check boxes are all grayed out now. Only the select all check box is clickable.

The only time a check box is greyed out is when you have made it a compulsory category.

Thanks! How would I make them not compulsory? I’ve been trying to figure out how, but no luck

You will find the Compulsory Categories section in the Subscrib2->Settings page under the Registered Users tab.
