Modifying css (problems with link and colour)

I need some css tweaks, trying for hours and hours to figure it out, still cant..
1)So, problem is when I make post and write a red hyperlink, in frontpage of site that link is normal and text unlinked. (need fix that)
2)want my post title be external url (no post redirect). my website is social bookmark based site.
Please help
