Modifying Front Page

    Hello,

    I would like to know either how to widen the post on my front page so it takes up 100% of the area it is in (rather than the ~60%)

    Or how to add a custom section to the page that will have static text I enter.

    Also, there is spacing between the 3 front page product sections and my post that I would like to reduce.

    I do not need the post functionality for this site as it will likely be the home page and a contact page.

    Help would be much appreciated.

    I have searched the forums for support on this template and there is very little.

    No answer to my question.. is this an old template? Did I forget to include some details?

    Hello!

    The best ways to make the stylistic changes you want would be to use a custom CSS plugin like Simple Custom CSS

    My method of changing the front page for the embr theme included me going to the editor, opening frontpage.php and editting it there.

    i removed the images, added my own custom text, etc etc, but the problem is you have to hardcode the page.

    i’ve looked up and down for a way to edit the front page for the embr theme, and did not find any.
