Modifying style in a widget

    I’m trying to give a little more style to the widget at the bottom left of the page (http://relaxsonic.com/wordpress/) which is an easy forms 7 and uses a SQL code to pull from the email tally database. Is there a way to spice this up, while still including the SQL output?
