ModSecurity: Access denied with code 403 (phase 2)

hi . i have a problem that i try every thing to solve that but i couldn’t . so i post it here . sorry for my bad en language , when u try to post a listing on my website then 403 error show up so i try every thing including file and folder permission but not helped.
so i contact with my host provider and they send me the server log which is :

they can’t disable modsecurity for me , it’s against their law for them . so i need help to solve this problem , i search many time and read many duc but wont helped.
