ModSecurity rule banning IP

Hi !

Seemingly due to a request with an incorrect Content-Type header on /wp-json/quadlayers/tiktok/frontend/user-profile requesting for a text/plain and having an application/json response my ModSecurity is giving me a false positive and is banning IPs. Could you please fix this mistake ?
