    Hi, my website encounter some update issue during payment. which my cart didn’t receive the update info after customer made payment. which we already contact molpay, they say our woocommerce IPN did not reply. Seek for urgent help regarding this issue. Thanks

    Hi there,

    If your site didn’t receive the instant payment notification from Molpay – that’s an issue with the configuration of Molpay payment gateway plugin you’re using rather than WooCommerce itself, since WooCommerce doesn’t offer integration with this payment gateway out of the box.

    If you’re using the official Molpay plugin https://github.com/MOLPay/WordPress_WooCommerce_WP-eCommerce_ClassiPress – I’d recommend reaching out to support of Molpay for further explanation and steps to troubleshoot IPN issues.
