MonsterInsights Plug-in Error: 500 cannot authenticate

Hello. I am trying to use the MonsterInsights Plug-In for my website. When I try to set it up for the first time I constantly get a Error: 500 cannot authenticate. It happens every time I try to set it up. Cannot contact their support without paying for the product. Help !
