mootools not yet loaded

    I keep getting this error:
    (index):173 Enlighter Error: MooTools Framework not loaded yet!

    (anonymous) @ (index):173
    (anonymous) @ (index):173
    

    I have tried different ways to load the script in the dashboard. I tried enqueuing in my functions.php.

    We are not using a CDN yet.
