    Thank you so much for such wonderful plugin, I found it by luck, although I’m looking for Support Ticket System for 2 months and didn’t find anyone is talking about it.

    I like it so much, and I think it should be more used than others, so I have some ideas for it.

    • Move the (Ticket) button to be below Choose Order to be more clear for the user for what to do, with description that this is optional, and you can pass Choose Order and submit your ticket
    • Add more integration with WooCommerce, please find this screenshot
    • I managed to add List Ticket as submenu in my account menu but when clicking on any ticket to open it, it opens (/my-account/?ticket_id=XXX) so it doesn’t display it and it displays Dashboard screen.
    • Adding option to control where to send user to view ticks, because if we are integrated it with Woocommerce we would send user to my account
    • The List Ticket page is not working correct with block themes, for example I’m using Twenty Twenty-Four theme

    I hope you do these ideas, and thanks again for the plugin

    From what we understand, starting from your second point, you’re mainly looking to have a “Tickets” submenu under the WooCommerce My Account page, where users can view the ticket list and open individual tickets correctly. With this submenu in place, the remaining issues you mentioned would be resolved through the WooCommerce My Account integration?

    Please let us know if our understanding is correct, or if there’s anything we may have missed.
