More info Button

1.) I would like to know if I can make the “More Info” button viewable only be logged in members on the site. We use the calendar to keep track of passenger and event information but some of the passenger information needs to kept private for Pilots only.

If I can not make the more information button only viewable by logged in members how can I eliminate that button in the pop up window.

I did find a topic that said
`To remove “More Info” just remove this:

More Info

My problem is I do not know where “Just Remove This” is? Where is this code you need to remove to remove the More info button?

2.) If I remove the “More Info” button I will need to be able to alter the amount of text that is viewable in the popup. This way I can provide the information needed by the pilots but hide the more personal passenger information like email and phone numbers. Here is an image of what I am asking.

PLEASE understand that I am a commercial pilot. I am not a developer. I am very good at following specific instructions. (like pre-flight checklists) however if you skip a step or leave out a specific item I will fail.
