In AdWords open the conversions window. You’ll find it here: http://take.ms/iW8Ad
Do you see that the conversions are being recorded here? http://take.ms/nMnuH

You have an error in the conversion ID.
Currently it shows up with ‘AW-AW-826737488’ but it should be just ‘AW-826737488’. You need to just put in the number in the field.
Hi Alek.
Just building on this thread, we have a client who has shown no conversions since we started their AdWords campaigns.
We’ve now traced it back and it appears that this plugin isn’t adding the AW- to the conversion ID. So our Tag Assistant logs show the conversion ID without the AW- when you enter just the number in the connversion ID field.
Can you confirm this is the case with the latest version of the plugin?
Cheers,
Ryan

Hi @bigkevracer
Our plugin does add the “AW-” part into the conversion ID automatically. Probably you are using some other plugin or custom code that doesn’t do it.

Aleks
Hi Alek.
Definitely your plugin, and definitely not adding the AW- according to tag assistant.

That link doesn’t work. I’ll have a look if you send me the correct one.

The global site tag is inserting the ID correctly: gtag(‘config’, ‘AW-829771995’);

It seems that you are using some sort of minification function. This is known to cause issues which is why we recommend to turn it off.
If you send me the URL of a successful purchase to [email protected] I will check that part too.
