More style options

Is it possible to put more style options ‘out of the box’ or configurable in the backend? A few I can think of:

1. Title and marquee in a single line
2. Full page width container
3. Different colours for posts, delimiters and title
4. Container border and background/fill
5. Adjustable padding/margins
