More usability for better updates

    Hi,

    each time I update, I change the URLs of app stores and the country code TradeDoubler. Could be as text fields in the plugin options page?

    Can you put the @ as an element of change in each translation?, In Spanish is better “descargar en appstore ” instead of “descargar @ appstore”

    Both of this is already planned for the next major update and partially implemented. Release will still take some time, but it’s coming.
