Mouse over box : "Continue" link does not work

Hi. First of all, many thanks for this awesome plugin.

I have a little problem with the mouse over box, when i click on the “continue” link, it begins to go down and suddenly it goes at the top of the page, far from the references tab at the end of the page. I tried it on firefox and Chrome.

An other little thing : when the little reference link is at the right of my post, the mouse over box is very “vertical” and it is hard to read, it would be great if it can display horizontally.
