Mouse-over box translation

Hello,

Thanks for this great plugin!
I use it for an french academic site with lots of documents and the footnotes I get are awesome and work really fine.

Only a minor suggestion: when the mouse-over box exceeds the defined “Maximum characters for the excerpt” we get the “continue” link which is fine in English but not in other languages. It would be really great if you may add an option for a custom text in “Customize” settings later on.
