Mouseover Jump & Dots

Please help me get this issue resolved.

Your slideshow plugin does everything I need but I’m not seeing the prev and next buttons on the slides unless I mouse-over. I need them there all the time. (In Firefox)

Also, when I mouse-over, the slideshow moves down a few pixels, and I see two dots in the upper left where the slide originally was.
