Move comment input form to below comments

Hi. I came across this question two years ago: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/move-the-comment-input-form-to-bottom/.
We are using the plugin now and would really like to move the comment form to below the comments. Have you thought about it yet? Will it maybe be in the next release?
