Move hover bar

    Hello, I need to move the hover bar over by about 10 pixels. It is currently docked on the right side but people are clicking on it when trying to scroll, so I want to move it 10 px or so to prevent this. Not sure what is being used in the css to call the hover bar. Thanks.
