Move Quote Mark on Default Template

I have a client who is overall happy with the testimonial appearance, but would like for the quote mark on the Default theme to be below the Reviewer’s Name. Right now it’s to the left of the name, so it looks like the quote starts with the title, not the beginning of the quote itself. Are there any CSS tricks to edit the template to make that change?

So, the order should be:

Title/Reviewer
Quote Mark (Begin Testimonial Quote)

Not the current order:

Quote Mark, Title/Reviewer
Testimonial Quote
