Move ‘Sub-Menu’ to Main Menu in Dashboard

Hi, I’m working on Which Menus to Hide in Dashboard Side-Menu.

but one of the Menu which need to Hide but it contains ‘Sub-Menu’ which I need to bring out to Main Menu.

Is there way to achieve this using your ‘White Label CMS’?
