Moving blog

I’m attempting to move my blog from http://brocknet.net/WordPress/ to http://blogs.brocknet.net/brocklog/ …

I’ve got the WP 2.1.3 installed at the new place and 2.1.2 installed at the old.

I’ve tried exporting the WP file from the old site, but the file is larger than 2mb (weighs in at 10.3mb).

I’ve also tried mapping the new blog to the old database, but that fails also.

I’m sure that it’s something easy I’m missing, but can someone show me the light?
