Is it possible to have the chatbar appear down the right-hand side of a page, rather than at the bottom or top?

For example, where the ‘chat with us’ chat option currently appears on our site:
http://coffeetogogo.co.uk/

Having it top or bottom puts it over our menus.

Hello,
Right now it’s on the top because you configured that way in control panel. By default, it is positioned bottom-right.
Go to your panel, chatbox->chatbar menu and change its positioning

Sorry, I think I was unclear…

I want it in the middle of the page, right-hand side (not bottom or top), ideally with text running vertically rather than horizontally.

(My example was incorrect, sorry.)

Don’t worry – fixed it with a spot of css, rotating and moving down.

ok, I understand.
Anyway, if the default chat bar doesn’t fit your needs, you can have your own clickable images that will open the chat box. No javascript needed.
