    Hi,

When users apply for a job & upload their CV, the CV is placed in the media library.

We would like to store these in a different location, preferably we would like to be able to download them to a local location and have them removed from the server. (Either automatic or with user interaction on a button or something)

Would this be possible, easy to edit with this plugin?

    Kind regard,

    Martijn

That’s something we are working on for future version. At present it’s Media Library. The code is open source so you are more than welcome to delve into it to see if you can develop a feature or plugin to accomplish this,

    The code is located here:

    Greetings Thomas,

I’m very interested in this too! I was just crawled by a Ukrainian website that pulled Resumes and Cover-Letters out of my /wp-content/uploads folder and put them on their own website! Needless to say, my client is not happy with this access.

Where do I begin to find the code that directs files where to go, or is your update coming soon? I plan on tearing into the code and finding where this is located, but if you can point me to the file, that would make life easier!

Now that I have it working great, all I need to do is secure all CV uploads so they cannot be accessed by scumbag hackers!

Thank you for your efforts and for developing this plugin!

    Cheers
