moving from wordpress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn

I bought a domain name from WordPress.com and moved my blog from example.wordpress.com to example.com and want to go to ww.wp.xz.cn. I went through all the steps mentioned on different websites (claimed my domain name by Google Apps, got a host and installed WordPress in a file example.com/blog). After installing ww.wp.xz.cn over hostgators 1-click installation I get admin and password but when I click on the link to example.com/blog it gives me page not found. Is there anything I missed because the only difference to the normal procedure I see, is that I already had my blog as example.com but on wordpress.com.
I also tried to go back to my old domain as example.wordpress.com and do the installation process again but the result was the same.
