Moving Subscirption list

We recently moved servers and re-setup our wordpress site & jetpack only to find that our subscriber list (and analytics) are gone. The domain is crossfitmomentum.com. I put in a ticket with Jetpack support, but haven’t heard back and we rely on that list to communicate with the folks at our business. any way we can facilitate getting our email subscriber list back?
