Moving WP to subdirectory

Hello,

I’m trying to move a WP installation from root to a subdirectory. I followed all steps presented in this guide (http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory).

However, when I try to access the new location (http://19links.net/carmen/) I’m getting a “page not found” message. (It was supposed to move everything from 19links.net to 19links.net/carmen.

What have I missed?
