Mozilla vs Internet explorer problem

I just finished building a website http://www.wolfgangssteakhouse.net/waikiki.
it looks good in Mozilla but once i tried it in Internet Explorer i got disappointed because just when i thought i finished it there was a scroller at the bottom which shouldn’t be there giving you the ability to see couple of inches of empty space.
Is this a flexible with compatibility with IE problem, if not, does anyone have any idea how i can fix this.
