MP3 files are loading partially, “Duration” doesn’t work

    Hello,

    we’ve been using the SSP plugin for a long time and are happy with it. But recently we have encountered a big problem: MP3 files are only partially loaded, for example, instead of 3 hours only 28 minutes, and the “Duration” link under the player does not work (it is grey instead of blue and not underlined).

    I flushed permalinks and regenerated CSS, but nothing changed. Please HELP!
