    I’ll check asap, is mp3 extension allowed in BuddyDrive settings ?

    I only see “audio/mpeg”

    I get an .mp3 file to upload 100% then receive “HTTP error.” under “Root folder”

    Have you try to upload a mp3 in regular WordPress media ?

    Just tested it’s working. Once the file uploaded, the download link is working fine.
    mp3 files may be heavy in KB, i think you need to check if :
    file size < max upload file size
    current quota + file size < max quota

    audio/mpeg is the option that needs to be checked in BuddyDrive settings.
