Hello, When I upload an MP4 video to a lesson, it will not play the video – it shows 00:00. The same exact video uploaded as an intro video to the course overview page works just fine. I have the latest version of PHP and the latest WP version on my site. Please advise on how to get it working. thank you

Hello,

Can you please try the same hosted video as an external link? I can see the mp4 video option has some problem. . Use the same video as External one. .
