Mp4 Video Not Playing

Could you confirm you’ve the right permissions to upload directory ( uploads/2017/04/who-would-you-most-like-to-have-dinner-with.mp4 )? When I visit your mp4 file directly in the browser ( https://www.orangejunction.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/who-would-you-most-like-to-have-dinner-with.mp4 ), it gives 403: Forbidden error which has something to do with file permissions.
