    On my website, when I choose the payment method via MPGS , if the currency is Egyptian, then he completes the payment process, but if I change the currency to dollars, he just reloads the page and does not complete the process like I was reloading the checkout page, where is the problem, can you help me???

    Hi @kholod1 ,

    I checked it and I confirm that there is no issue with the plugins and no conflict recorded.
    Your issue is related to the merchant account. Most probably your merchant account supports only EGP and doesn’t support USD. This is normal as MPGS accounts usually by default support one currency.
    To make it work with multiple currencies you need to contact the bank who created the merchant account and ask them to support USD as well as EGP.

    Let us know when that will work.

    i have 2 currencies USD and EGP every one of them having its merchant id and security password i am using MPGS integration payment with MPGS plugin but in the plugin i can configure one merchant account only so i need to know if your plugin will make me choose one different MPGS configuration for each currency

    Hi @mradelm,

    Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t support multiple merchant accounts. This could only work if the 2 currencies were enabled in the same merchant account.

    i have 2 currencies USD and EGP every one of them having its merchant id and security password i am using MPGS integration payment with MPGS plugin
    The update cannot contain two merchant id and security
    Or suggest plugin to do this

    Hi @kholod1 , sorry the plugin doesnot have this option. You need to seek for an alternative.

    If both currencies were enabled in the same merchant account, this will work with the plugin.
