mqTranslate language flags breaking https on addint post page

pre-req: https is turned on for admin panel

1. Go to add the post page
2. Scroll to quotes part
3. Check the links on the language flags in this section.

Result: the flags are loaded via http, not https. The problem doesn’t exist for the same flags on the left in the menu panel.
