    Hi,

    Can you guys develop add-on that can generate poins base on woocommerce order total and exclude the postage?

    I really need to exclude the postage so that we can measure their spending on products only.

    I would be more than happy to assist you today.

    We already have an add-on that is able to reward points based in the order total and you can find it here:

    About the “postage” I do not know what you refer here but our add-on will reward points based in the order total eg, if user makes a purchase of $10 will earn 10 points, there is no options to exclude products because is based in the order total and does not checks any of the products included.

    I already tested your add on, it was great…

    The only problem is, if let say the product price is $10 and the postage(Currier charge) of the product is $3, so it will rewards total $10 + $3 = $13 (13 points) instead of only the products price $10 = 10 points

    Can we exclude the Currier charge from the point generation sir?

    Hi @budakboygolf

    I’m sorry but no, the add-on is named “Points per Purchase Total” which means that will award points based exactly that, the purchase total

    Another way you can get this is that GamiPress includes points deducts, so you can make deducts rules to deduct the amount of points using our WooCommerce integration like this:

    Deduct 3 points when user purchases product X

    Or even you can make it to all purchases like:

    Deduct 3 points when user purchases any product

    and to define those points deducts you need to go to GamiPress > Points Types > “Your points type” > Points Deducts, here is a tutorial about how to manage points types: https://gamipress.com/docs/tutorials/creating-a-points-type/

    Thanks for the reply sir and also the suggestion.

    But that would not be helpful since the postage cost is not a fixed rate. It depends on the state(location) of the buyer.

    Do you guys plan any future upgrading planning for that sir? I think many of us also need to award points only base on product price and exclude the postage cost.

    Easy for us to calculate actual sale revenue so that we can plan for rewards to the customers since postage cost is not considered revenue.
