MudSlideShow and WordPress 3.0

Hi,

I have installed latest version (0.12) of MudSlideShow on the clean WordPress with minimax plugin (0.3.7).
When I try to open wp-admin/tools.php?page=mudsmanage
I receive blank screen.

How to fix this problem?
