Multi column posts in vertical order

I have successfully used the Display Posts plugin to create a three column list showing only the title of the posts. However, the posts are being displayed alphabetically in horizontal order. I would like to display the list alphabetically in vertical order like what’s been shown at the bottom of this page: https://www.thundercattech.com/partners/. Is it possible to use the Display Posts plugin to achieve this? I searched the documentation for this plugin and was unable to find any info on it. Thanks so much for your help!
