Multi currency collection

Hello,

My client is located in Northern Ireland, and serves the whole of Ireland, therefore in GBP and EUR. I am making a WooCommerce store and I’ve got the products in the two currencies and the correct behaviour at checkout. Once the payment process begins, will GCL collect EUR and GBP through SEPA and BACS independently? And if it does, can my client deposit the GBP payments into the EUR account. They are an non-incorporated charity at the moment, and I believe they might need to become a Charity Limited by Guarantee to then handle multi-currency settlement?

A complex question that the Chair asked me to follow up on. She did try via online chat but she wants me to nail this down ahead of the web build.
